A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OP NORTH
' PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, DEDICATING TO THE PUBLIC A CERTAIN TRACT OF LAND
IN SECTION 9, TOWNSHIP 42 SOUTH, RANGE 43 FAST, FOR PUBLIC ACCESS
PURPOSES AND TO BE..KNOWN AS "CLUBHOUSE DRIVE."

iVEtEREAS, the Village of North Palm Beach, Florida is the owner
of certain lands lying and being situate in the said village, County of
Palm Beach, State of Florida, and located in Section 9, Township 42
• South, Range 43 East, a portion of which it desires to declare as
dedicated to the public use and benefit for the purpose of a public
street and thoroughfare;
NOW. THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE
COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF }dORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, as follows:
Section 1. That the Village of North Palm Beach, Florida, does
hereby dedicate unto the public the following described land for street
purposes, lying and being situate in the [Tillage of North Palm Beach,
County of Palm Beach, State of Florida, and more particularly described
' as follows:
A tract of land 60 feet in width lying b6twean
two parallel lines :in Section 9, Township 42 South,
Range 43 East, Palm Beach County, Florida, and whose
center line is described as follows:
From the intersection of the westerly right of
way line of U.S. Highway No. 1 with the southerly right
of way line of the 'Intra-coastal Waterway, run South 11°-
54'-40" Nest, along said westerly right of tray line, a
distance of 883.75 feet to the beginning of a curve concave
to the East, having a radina of 2924.93 feet; thence
southerly along the arc of said curve and through an angle
a distance of 863.80 feet to the point Of
of 14°-57'-43"

Beginning of the center line of a 60 foot right of way
hereinafter described; thence South 86°-56'-57" i9est along
• a line radial to said curve, a distance of 10 feet to the
beginning of a curve concave to the North, having a radius
of 230 feet and a central angle of 32 -46'-0"; thence
westerly and northwesterly along the arc of said curve, a
distance of 131.53 Feet to the end o£ said curve and the end
of said center line of a 60 foot road right of way.
' NOTE: The above mentioned bearings are referred to
the south right of way line of the Intra-coastal Waterway
which bears North 59°-06'-15" West and recorded in Plat Book
17, Page 10, Public Records of Palm Beach County, Florida.
Said street to be known and designated as "Clubhouse Drive."
' Section 2. The Village Clerk be, and he is hereby, authorized and
directed to provide and furnish a certified copy of this Resolution to the
State Road Department of the State of Florida, and to cause a second certified
copy of the same to be spread upon the public records of Palm Beach County,
. Florida.
