' A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM
BEACH, FLORIDA, CONCERNING PLAT N0.4 OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH.

WHEREAS, Flat No. 4 of the Village of North Palm Beach is recorded
in Plat Book 25, Pages 229, 230, public records of Palm Beach County, -
Florida, and
WHEREAS, the Village Engineer has certified that the paving and
drainage work with reference thereto has been completed in accordance with
specifications; -
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE
COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the approval of such plat as shown on the face thereof by the
Village under date of August 20, 1958, is hereby ratified and confirmed and
' the dedication offers made upon said Plat are hereby accepted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of June 1962.
