A RESOLUTION OF 7HE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE. VILLAGE OF NORTH
PALM BEACH, PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA, APPOINTING A TAX ASSESSOR FOR
SUCH VILLAGE.
BE IT AND IT IS HEREB`.l RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE CO UNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 8 through 11,
Article III, of Chapter 31481, Laws of Florida, Extraordinary Session 1956,
the same being the Charter for said Village, FRANK J. HAHIV be and he is
hereby appointed and designated as Tax Assessor in and for the Village of
North Palm Beach, Florida.
Section 2. The above named officer shall take and subscribe an
oath before an officer duly qualified to administer oaths that he will faith-
fully and impartially execute the duties of his office according to the best
of his ability and understanding, which oath will then be filed with the
Village Clerk and spread on the minutes of the Village Council.
Section 3. The above named Tax Assessor shall hold office until
his successor shall be appointed and shall qualify and during the pleasure
of the Village Council.
Section 4. The above named officer shall receive no pay or emalu-
ment of any kind except as provided by resolution of the Village Council..
