' A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM
BEACH, PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CLERK TO
SIGN CERTAIN CONTRACTS.

' BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the Village Mayor and Clerk be and they are
hereby authorized and directed to sign a contract with Thomas Hodges
Construction Company, in form as attached. -
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th- day of April, 1962.
