A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE OOUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM
BEACH, PALM BEACH COLINT`l, FLORIDA, APPOINTING CERTAIN OFFICERS FOR SUCH
VILLAGE.

BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED B1' THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Pursuant to the provisions of Sections 8 through 11,
Article III, of Chapter 31481, Laws of Florida, Extraordinary Session
1956, the same being the Charter for said Village, the Following persons
be and the same are hereby named to the following offices of such Village:
WALTER E. THOMAS - Mayor
CHARLES M. BOWMAN - Vice-Mayor
ALBIN R. OLSON - Village Clerk (who shall
also be the Registration
Officer of such Village)
- Village Tax Assessor
LOUIS J. AIELLO, JR. - Vi17.a ge Tax Collector

Section 2. The above named officers shall take and subscribe on oath
before an officer duly quaiified to administer oaths that they will faithfully
and impartially execute the duties of their offices according to the best of
their ability and understanding, which said oath will then be filed with the
Village Clerk and spread upon the minutes of the Village Council.
Section 3. The above named Mayor and Vice-Mayor shall hold office
until their respective successors shall be elected in accordance with the
provisions of the Charter of the Village, and shall qualify. The remaining
above officers shall hold their respective offices until their successors
shall be appointed and shall qualify and during the pleasure of the village
council.
Section 4. None of the above named officers shall receive any pay
or emolument of any kind except as provided by resolution of the Village
Council.
