VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA

ROLL CALL
Mayor Aubrey called the meeting to order at 7:36 p.m. All members of Council were present. All
members of staff were present, except Melissa Teal, Village Clerk.
The purpose of the meeting was to hear presentations and rank Consulting Services Firms to be
contracted for preparation of the Land Development Code.
Presentations were made to the Village Council by these three firms: Bermello Ajamil & Partners, Inc.,
Redevelopment Management Associates, and Dover Kohl & Partners.
By written ballot, the original of which is attached to the minutes of record, the Village Council ranked
the firms from one to three, respectively: Dover Kohl & Partners, Redevelopment Management
Associates, and Bermello Ajamil & Partners, Inc. Councilmember Norris moved to rank the top three
firms as indicated, and direct Mr. Lukasik and the Village Attorney to commence competitive
negotiations. President Pro Tem Mullinix seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. An
agreement will be placed on an upcoming agenda for Council approval.
With no further business to come before the Council, the meeting adjourned at 9:21 p.m.
