RESOLUTION # 127
A RESOLUTION OF THF_ VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH
PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE VILLAGE MANAGER AND
CLERK TO SIGN A CERTAIN PLAT.
BE IT AND IT IS HEP.EBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Village Manager and Village Clerk be, and
they are hereby, authorized anal directed to sign the original of that
certain plat known as Village of North Palm Beach, Fairhaven Addition,
signifying hereby the approval of such plat by the Village Council of the
Village of North Palm Beach, subject to final approval of Village Attorney
and Village Manager.
PASSED AiQD ADOPTED this 23rd day of Januarv 1962.
