A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH
PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE BUDGET OF THE VILLAGE FOR THE FISCAL
YEAR 1961 - 1962.

WHEREAS, Resolution. #119 of such Village adopted October 10,
' 1961, ratifies and approves th.e budget for the Village for the fiscal
year 1961 - 1962; and
WHEREAS, subsequent thereto and on January 2, 1962, the Village

sold and delivered its Recreational Facilities Bonds dated July 1, 1961, as
to which issue of bonds an interest commitment becomes due during the afore-
said fiscal year, to wit: on July 1, 1962; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary, therefore to amend the aforesaid
budget so as to make provision for the payment of such interest commitment;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE

COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The budget for the Village of North Palm Beach for
the foscal year beginning November 1, 1961 and ending October 31, 1962, as
contained in Resolution #119 of such Village, adopted October 10, 1961, is
amended in the following respects:
(a) By adding as an expenditure the following item:
For interest due July 1, 1962 on Village of
North Palm Beach Recreational Facilities
Bonds dated July 1, 1961 $ 29,127.32
(b) By adding as anticipated revenue thereon,
in order to meet_-the expenditure~.mentioned in (a)
above, the following:
Interest on invested proceeds of Village
of North Palm Beach Recreational Facilities
Bonds dated July 1, 1961 $ 4,500.00
Accrued interest received on sale of such
bonds $ 162.80
Proceeds of borrowing begun in June 1962
against proceeds of subsequent 1962 taxes $ 24,464.52
$ 29,127.32
