A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM
BEACH, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A BANK ACCOUNT.

BE IT AND IT IS HEAEB'Y RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
' Section 1. That the Village Clerk is hereby authorized and directed
to open and from time to time .reconcile an account for the Village of North
Palm Beach, Florida, with the Riviera Beach Bank, at Riviera Beach, Florida,
such account to be known as "Village of North Palm Beach Recreational Facil-
ities Bands, July 1, 19611/, and to deposit therein the proceeds of the sale of
such bonds. Funds in such account shall be subject to withdrawal by checks
signed in the name of the Village by any member of the Village Council or by
the Village Treasurer singly, provided such check does not exceed the amount
of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00). Checks in excess of .such sum shall be
signed by one of the pasties designated above and co-signed by another member,
of the Village Council or the Village Treasurer, as the case may be. The
aforesaid bank may rely on the authority herein conferred upon such persons
' until delivery to it of a certified copy of a resolution revoking or modifying
this resolution.
