RESOLUTION N0. 109
A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE Q~UNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM
BEACH, PALPII BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA, APPOINTITQG A TAX ASSESSOR FOR SUCH
VILLAGE.

BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUIQCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF NORTH PALTti4 BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 8 through 11,
Article III, of Chapter 31481, Laws of Florida, Extraordinary Session 1956,
the same being the Charter for said Village, WALTER E. THOMAS be and he is
hereby appointed and designated as Tax Assessor in and for the Village of
North Palm Beach, Florida.
Section 2. The above named officer shall take and subscribe an
oath before an officer duly qualified to administer oaths that he will
faithfully and impartially execute the duties of his office according 'to
the best of his ability and understanidng, which oath will then be filed
with the Village Clerk and spread, on the minutes of the Village Council.
Section 3. The above named Tax Assessar shall hold office until

his successor shall be appointed and shall qualify and during the pleasure
of the Village Council.
Section 4. The above named officer shall receive no pay ,or emolu-
merit of any kind except as provided by resolution of the Village Council.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of May 1961.
