RESOLUTION NO. 105
' A RESOIUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM
BEACH, PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA, APPOINTING CERTAIN OFFICERS FOR SUCH
VILLAGE.

' BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE ODUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1, Pursuant to the provisions of Sections 8 through 11,
Article III, of Chapter 31481, Laws of Florida, Extraordinary Session 1956,
• the same being -the Charter for said Village, the following gersans. be and the
same are hereby named to the following offices. of such Village:
WALTER E. THOMAS - Mayor
EMERY J. NEWELL - Vice-Mayor
ALBIN R. OLSON - Village Clerk (who shall

EMERY J. NEWELL - Village Tax Collector
' ALBIN R. OLSON - Village Treasurer
Section 2. The above named officers shall take and subscribe on
oath before an officer duly qualified to administer oaths that 'they will
faithfully and impartially execute the duties of their offices according_to
the best of their ability and understanding, which said oath will then be
filed with the Village Clerk and spread upon the minutes of the Village
Council.
Section 3. The above named Mayor and Vice-Mayor shall hold office
until their respective successors shall be elected in accordance with the
provisions of the Charter of the Village, and shall qualify. The remaining
above officers shall hold their respective offices until their successors.

Section 4. None of the above named officers shall xeceive any pay
or emolument of any kind e~;cept as provided by resolution of the Village
Council.
