A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VI3.LAGE OF NORTH PALM
BEACH, FLORIDA, CONCERNING A SEWERAGE TREATMENT PLANT FOR CERTAIN PROPERTY
WITHIIQ THE VILLAGE.

WHEREAS, the Passionist Fathers own certain land tivithin the Village
of North Palm Beach, Palm Beach County, Florida, viz.:
Lots 8 through 16, inclusive, of subdivision
of government Lot 8 in Section 4, Township 42
South, Range 43 East, according to plat on file
in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court
in and for Palm Beach County, Florida, in Plat
Book 18, page 4,
upon which it is proposed that they will build a B.etreat House; and
WHEREAS, inasmuci~ as the area so owned by the Passionist Fathers
is not served by the Village sewerage system, the Village Manager has effected
certain arrangements with representatives of the Passionist Fathers concerning
sewerage facilities upon said land, such arrangements being reflected in the
attached copy of a letter from the Village Manager dated February 24, 19b1;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL
OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALP2 BEACH, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The arrangements reflected in the attached correspondence
be and the same are hereby ratified and confirmed.
Section 2. A certified copy of this resolution and of the attachment
shall be recorded by the Clerk in the public records of Palm Beach County,
Florida.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of March, 1961.
