1961-101 Approving Certain Proposed Legislative Acts for Submission to the 1961 FL Legislature
RESOLUTION NO. 101
A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM
BEACH APPROVING CERTAIN PROPOSED LEGISLATIVE ACTS FOR StTBMISSION TO- THE
1961 FLORIDA LEGISLATURE, AND REQUESTING THE PALM BEACH COUNTY pELEGATION
TO ENACT SUCH ACTS.

BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Village Council of the Village of North.P,alm Beach,
Florida, hereby approves two pr6p~sed anebdnebts to the Village Chaster,
said amendments to be submitted to the 1961 Florida legislature; copies
of the bodies of such acts are hereto attached and made a part hereof.
Section 2. The Palm Beach County delegation to the 1961 Florida
legislature is hereby respectfully requested to give Favorable consideration
to the introduction and passage of such acts, each to include a provision
requiring a favorable referendum thereon by the electors of the Village of
North Palm Beach before such acts shall become effective.
Section 3. The Village Clerk shall send certified copies of this
Resolution to each of the members of the Palm Beach County legis-lative
delegation.
