' A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM
BEACH, FLORIDA APPOINTING A ZONING CON~PIfISSION AND A ZONING BOARD OF
ADJUSTMENT.

' WHEREAS, Resolution #72 of the Village Council of the Village of
North Palm Beach appoints certain persons as a Zoning Commission for the
Village and certain pessons as a Zoning Board of Appreal for the Village,
the terms of office of each of such persons to be until January 1, 1961,
os until their successors shall be named and qualify; and
VdHEREAS, it is the desire of the Village Council tg -appoint
members of such Zoning Commission and such Zoning Board of Adjustment to
serve until January 1, 1962 or until their successors be named and qualify;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HERBY RESOLVED $Y THE VILLAGE
COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the Following pessons are hereby named as the
Zoning Commission for the Village of North Palm Beach:
' McLin B. Nowlin Robert W. Fentress
L. M. Wible Robert C. Scott
John F. McDermott
The terms of office of such members shall be until January 1, 1962,
or until their successors shall be named and qualify.
Section 2. The following parsons are hereby named as the Zoning
Board of Adjustment for the Village of North Palm Beach:
McLin B. Nowlin Robert W. Fentress
L. M. Wible Robert C. Scott
John F. McDermott
The terms of office of such members shall be until January 1, 1962,
or until their successors shall be named .and qualify.
