A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
' NORTH PALM BEACH SITTING AS A BOARD OF EQUALIZATION OF TAXES
RATIFYING AND APPROVING THE TAX ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR THE CAL-
ENDAR YEAR 1960 AS PREPARED BY THE VILLAGE TAX ASSESSOR.

' BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL
OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The tax assessment roll of the Village of
North Palm Beach for the calendar year 1960, as prepared by
•
the Village Tax Assessor, having been on file in the office
of the Village Clerk and open to the inspection by any taxpayer,
and it appearing that no objections or complaints thereto have
been made or received, and the Village Council having sat as
a Board of Equalization of taxes and reviewed such roll, the
same is hereby ratified and approved.
Section 2. This resolution shall be considered as an
Official Certificate by the Village Council sitting as a Board
' of Equalization of taxes.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 11th day of October, 1960.
