A RESOLUTION OF-THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, RENAMING "JAYBIRD WAY WEST" AS
SHOWN ON PLAT NUMBER 2, VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH AS AND
TO_BE "JACANA WAY"
BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL
OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That that certain street designated as
"Jaybird Way West" on Plat Number 2, Village of North Palm
Beach, as shown in Plat Book No. 25 at page 59 of the public
records of Palm Beach County, Florida, be and the same is
hereby renamed and redesignated as "Jacana Way".
Section 2. That the Village Clerk be and he is hereby
authorized and instructed to forward a certified copy of this
resolution to the United States Post Office, and to provide
f_or the recording of one certified copy of this resolution
in the public records of Palm Beach County, Florida.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of July, 1966.
