A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLPGE OF
NORTH PALM BEACH, PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA, EXERCISING THE
OPTION HELD BY THE VILLPGE TO PURCHASE AS OF JANUARY 3., 1961, THE
PROPERTY GENERALLY KNC7NN AS THE VILLAGE HALL, BEING THE FOLLah1ING
DESCRIBID PROPERTY IN PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TO N1IT:
Lot 10 in Block 8 in Replat o£ Block 8, Village
of North Palm Beach, Plat No, 1, according to
the Plat thereof, on file in the office of the
Clerk of the Circuit Court, in and for Palm Beach
County, Florida, in Plat Book 25, at page 103,
SUCH OPTION BEING MORE PARTICULARLY REFERRED TO IN THAT CERTAIN
INSTRUMENT RIDORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 139, PAGE 639, PUBLIC
RECORDS OF PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ALSO IN RESOLUTION #37
OF SUCH VILLAGE DATED DECEMBER 31, 1957.

BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVID BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL
OF THE VILLFGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
ection 1 The Village of North Palm Beach, a=municipal
corporation in Palm Beach County, Florida, hereby exercises its
option to purchase as of January 1, 1961 the property generally
known as The Village Hall, being the following described property
in Palm Beach County, Florida, to wit:
Lot 10 in Block 8 in Replat of Block 8, VILLAGE OF
NORTH PALM BEACH, Plat No. 1, according to the Plat
thereof, on file in the office of the Clerk of the-
Circuit Court, in and for Palm Beach County, Florida,
in Plat Book 25, at page 103.

as such option is contained in that certain instrument recorded in
Official Record Book 139, page 639, public records of Palm Beach
County, Florida and also in Resolution #37 of such Village dated
December 31, 1957.
Section The Clerk of the Village shall send a
certified copy of this resolution immediately upon its passage by
certified U. S, mail to North Palm Beach Properties, Inc „ A Florida
corporation, addressed to such corporation at its office on U, S.
Highway 1, North Palm Beach, Florida.
Sggt~ion 3s The Village Manager shall calculate the net
sums which will be owed by the Village as of January 1, 1961 for
the purchase price of said property in accordance with the terms
set forth in said option. He shall thereupon obtain from North
Palm Beach Properties, Inc. written approval of such calculations
so that a purchase money mortgage may be prepared accordingly by
the Village Attorney in accordance with such option and with the
freeholders' election held in th;e Village on March 15, 1960.
The execution and delivery by th.e Village officials of such purchase
money mortgage shall be the subject of later official action of the
Village Council to be evidenced by duly enacted ordinance.
Section 4. She Village Attorney shall arrange to cause
the title to said property to be examined so that the Village may
acquire good and marketable title to said property.
