A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM
BEACH, FLORIDA, PRESCRIBING CI-IARGES AND RULES AND REGULATIONS F`OR DOCKAGE
AND TRAILER STORAGE SPACE IN THE VILLAGE BOAT AREA LOCATED ON A PART OF THE
LANDS LEASED BY THE VILLAGE FROM NORTH PALM BEACH UTILITIES, INC.
WHEREAS, under the authority of Resolution #81 of such VILLAGE,
' adopted May 10, 1960, the Village entered into a certain lease with North
Palm Beach Utilities, Inc., dated May 10, 1960, for certain lands, therein
described, to be used by the 'Village for park, playground and recreational
purposes, and
WHEREAS, on a part of such lands the Village has installed certain
boat docks and certain boat trailer space, and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to prescribe the rates that will be charged
for such facilities and the rules and regulations that will govern the opera-
tion of such boat area including the dockage facilities and the boat trailer
facilities:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND TT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE
COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The following rates or charges are hereby prescribed
for the use of the aforesaid boat area and the use of the aforesaid boat
trailer storage area: The dockage charge shall be $75.00 per year, payable
semi-annually at $37.50 in advance, with a minimum rental of $37.50 even
though the dockage facility be used for a lesser period than one-half year.
The charges in the boat trailer storage area shall be at the rate of $25.00
per year, payable semi-annually at the rate of $12.50 in advance, with a
• minimum rental o£ $12.50 even though the boat trailer storage facility be
used for a lesser period than one-half year.
Section 2. The Village Manager is hereby authorized and directed
to establish rules and regulations for efficient operation of the Village
' Boat Area.
