A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH
' PALM BEACH, PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA APPOINTING A IAX COLLECTOR FOR
SUCH VILLAGE.

BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 8 through 11,
Article III; of Chapter 31481, Laws of Florida, Extraordinary Session
1956, the same being the Charter for said Village, the following persmi
• be and the same is hereby named to the following office of such Village:
Emery J. Newell - Village Tax Collector
Section 2. The above named officer shall take and subscribe
to an oath before an officer duly qualified to administer oaths that he
will faithfully and impartially execute the duties of his office accord-
ing to the best of his ability and understanidng, which said oath will
then be filed with the Village Clerk and spread upon the minutes of the
' Village Council.
Section 3. The above named officer shall' hold his respective
office until his successor shall be appointed and shall qualify and
during, the pleasure of the Village Council..
Section 4. The above named officer shall receive no pay or
emolument of any kind except as provided by resolution. of the Village
Council.
