RESOLUTION N0. 78
A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH -
PALM BEACH, PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA, APPOINTING CERTAIN OFFICERS
FOA SUCH VILLAGE.

BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. Pursuant to the provisions of Sections 8 through 1I,
Article III, of Chapter 31481, Laws of Florida, Extraordinary Session
1956, the same being the Charter for said Village, the following persons
be and the same are hereby named to the following offices of such Village:
WALTER E. THOMAS - Mayor --
WILLIAM YOUNG - Vice-Mayor
Section 2. The above named officers shall take and subscribe
an oath before an officer duly qualified to administer oaths that they
will faithfully and impartially execute the duties of their offices
according to the best of their ability and understanding, which said oath
will then be filed with the Village Clerk and spread upon the minutes of
the Village Council.
Section 3. The above named Mayor and Vice-Mayor shall hold office
until their respective successors shall be elected ;n accordance with the
provisions of the Charter of the Village, and shall qualify.
Section 4. None of the above named officers .shall receive any
pay or emolument of any kind except as provided by resolution of the
Village Council.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of April, 1960.
