RESOLUTION NO. 74
A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM
BEACH, PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING THE ESTABT.ISHMENT OF A BANK
ACCOUNT FOR SAID VILLAGE, PROVIDING FOR THE TRANSFER OF CERTAIN FUNDS AND
PRESCRIBING A WITHDRAWAL PROCEDURE THEREFOR.

BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the Village Clerk is hereby authorized and directed
to transfer those funds now standing on deposit with the RIVIERA BEACH
BANK, OF RIVIERA BEACH, FLORIDA, and which are designated as the GENERAL
FUND ACCOUNT, to the FIRST AMERICAN BANK OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA.
Section 2. That the_Villa.ge Clerk is hereby authorized and directed

to open and from time to time reconcile an account or accounts for and i~
the name of the Village with the First American Bank of North Palm Beach
for the purposes hereinabove prescribed in Section 1 and for the deposit
of such other funds as may from time to time be necessary or desirable to
facilitate the administration of the Village affairs, the same to be sub-
ject to withdrawal by checks, drafts or orders signed in the name of the
Village by any member of the Village Council or by the Village Treasurer;
singly, provided such check, draft or order does not exceed the amount of
One Thousand and No/100 Dollars ($1,000.00). A11 checks, drafts or orders
drawn on 'such account or accounts, which ezcceed the aforesaid amount, shall
be signed by one of the persons designated above and co-signed by another
member of the Village Council or the Village Treasurer, as the case may
be. The aforesaid Bank may rely upon the authority herein conferred upon
said persons until delivery to it of a certified copy of a resolution re-
voking or modifying the same; and that such authority shall include checks
drawn to the order of said persons.
