' A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM _
BEACH, FLORIDA, APPOINTING A ZONING COMMISSION AND A ZONING BOARD OF _
APPEALS.

WHEREAS, Resolution #25 of the Village Council of the Village of _
North Palm Beach, appoints certain persons as a Zoning Commission for the
Village and certain persons as a Zoning Board of Appeals for the Village,
• the terms of office of each o£ such persons to be until January 1, 1960,
or until their successors shall be named and qualify; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Village Council to appoint members
of such Zoning Commission and such Zoning Board of Appeals to serve until
January 1, 1961, ar until their successors shall be named and qualify;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE - .
COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the following persons are hereby named as the Zoning - .-
' Commission for the Village of North Palm Beach:
Charles A. Cunningham
Herbert A. Ross
Richard E. Ross
John A. Schwencke _

William Young
The terms of office of such members shall be until January 1, 1961, or _
until their successors shall be named and qualify.
Section 2. That the following persons are hereby named as the Zoning -
Board of Appeals for the Village of North Palm Beach:
Charles A. Cunningham
• Herbert A. Ross
Richard E. Ross _
John A. Schwencke
William Young
The terms of office of such members shall be until January 1, 1961, or _
until their successars shall be named and qualify.
