A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM
BEACH, FLORIDA, ACCEPTING THE RESIGNATION OF ALLEN T. GAY AS DIRECTOR OF
THE PALM BEACH COUNTY RESOURCES' DEVELOPMENT BOARD; APPOINTING WILLIAM
YOUNG AS DIRECTOR TO SUCCEED ALLEN T. GAY; AND APPOINTING CHARLES A.
CUNNINGHAM AS DIRECTOR OF THE PALM BEACH COWiTY RESOURCES DEVELOPMENT
BOARD.

WHEREAS, A11en T. Gay has tendered his resignation as a Director
of the Palm Beach County Resources Development Board;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL
OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH:
Section 1. Said resignation_be and the same is hereby accepted.
Section 2. William Young is hereby designated and appointed as a
Director of the Palm Beach County Resources Development Board, to represent
the Village in such capacity, for the term of two (2) years, completing -th
term of A11en T. Gay.
Section 3. Charles A. Cunningham is hereby designated and appointed
as a Director of the Palm Beach County Resources Development Board, to re-
present the Village in such capacity, for the term of three (3) years.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 12th day of January, 1960.
