The Village of North Palm Beach is in receipt of Mr. Gustavo Schmidt's letter dated
2/18/09 regarding becoming a participating agency on Phase 2 of the South Florida East
Coast Corridor Transit Analysis.
The Village of North Palm Beach wishes to be designated a participating agency for the
proposed study. Attached is our participating agency designation form, executed by Mayor
David B. Norris, pursuant to Council action at its Regular Session of 3/26/09.
