A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, AMENDING RESOLUTION 2017-80 TO
CORRECT THE AMOUNT OF THE PROPOSAL FROM ENGENUITY
GROUP, INC. FOR DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENT
PREPARATION SERVICES RELATING TO THE ANCHORAGE PARK
MASTER PLAN; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS; AND PROVIDING FOR
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, through the adoption of Resolution No. 2017-80 on September 28, 2017, the
Village Council approved a proposal submitted by Engenuity Group, Inc., and its subconsultant,
2GHO, for design and construction document preparation services for the creation of the
Anchorage Park Phase 2 Master Plan; and
WHEREAS, due to a discrepancy on the submitted worksheet from Engenuity, the total dollar
amount was incorrect and should have been $36,439.00 in lieu of $30,759.00; and
WHEREAS, the Village Council wishes to amend Resolution No. 2017-80 to correct the discrepancy.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE
OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, as follows:
Section 1. The foregoing recitals are ratified as true and incorporated herein.
Section 2. The Village Council hereby amends Resolution 2017-80 to increase the total cost
of the proposal from Engenuity Group, Inc. for the creation of the Anchorage Park Phase 2
Master Plan and related construction plans to $36,439.00, with funds expended from Account
No. U8028-66210 (Parks and Recreation — Anchorage Park).
Section 3. All other provisions of Resolution 2017-80, to the extent not modified herein,
shall remain in full force and effect as originally adopted.
Section 4. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon adoption.
