a. CODE AMENDMENT – BOAT MOORING, PRIVATE DOCK REGULATIONS, AND FLOATING
VESSEL PLATFORMS Council consideration, input and guidance regarding a proposed
Ordinance amending Chapter 5, “Boats, Docks and Waterways,” of the Village Code of Ordinances
to modify mooring requirements, clarify the use of private docks, clarify language relating to docks
and piers, and provide for floating vessel platforms as required by Florida Statutes.
