PUBLIC HEARING AND 2ND READING OF ORDINANCE 2017-10—THE BENJAMIN SCHOOL CPUD MODIFICATION Consider a motion to adopt and enact on second reading Ordinance 2017-10 approving an amendment to the Commercial Planned Unit Development (CPUD) and Site Plan and associated plans for The Benjamin School, located at 11000 Ellison Wilson Road. RESOLUTION — TENTATIVE MILLAGE RATE Consider a motion to adopt a proposed resolution adopting a tentative millage rate of 7.3300 mils for fiscal year 2017-2018 and establishing the date and time of the first hearing on the tentative budget and proposed millage rate. ACTION 2. RESOLUTION — GOLF ADVISORY BOARD APPOINTMENT Consider a motion to adopt a proposed resolution appointing one alternate member to the Golf Advisory Board. ACTION 3. RESOLUTION — LPR CAMERAS PURCHASE Consider a motion to adopt a proposed resolution approving the sole source purchase of license plate recognition (LPR) cameras and processors from NDI Recognition Systems at a total cost of $49,875.25; and authorizing a budget amendment to fund the purchase. ACTION 4. RESOLUTION — THERMO AIR, INC. CONTRACT Consider a motion to adopt a proposed resolution approving a Contract with Thermo Air, Inc. to remove existing equipment and install two new cooling roof top units at the Community Center in an amount not to exceed $37,738.00; and authorizing execution of the Contract.
