A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 2017-32
TO CHANGE THE ACCOUNT NUMBER FOR EXPENDITURES RELATING
TO THE CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT CONSULTING SERVICES
CONTRACT; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS; AND PROVIDING FOR AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, on April 13, 2017, the Village Council adopted Resolution No. 2017-32, approving
a contract with Gaudet Associates, Inc. for Construction Management Consulting Services, with
funds expended from the General Fund Temporary Facilities Account (A5540-66210); and
WHEREAS, at the time of adoption, the Village Council had not approved the budget
amendment for the loan proceeds and those funds were not available for expenditure; and
WHEREAS, the Village Council subsequently adopted a budget amendment to place the loan
proceeds in the Capital Projects Fund Country Club Project Account and the Village Council
wishes to amend Resolution No. 2017-32 to change the account for the expenditure of the funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE
OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA as follows:
Section 1. The foregoing recitals are ratified as true and incorporated herein.
Section 2. The Village Council hereby amends Resolution No. 2017-32 to provide that the funds
for the Contract for Construction Management Consulting Services with Gaudet Associates, Inc.
shall be expended from Capital Projects Fund Account No. K7600-66210 (Country Club Project —
Construction & Major Renovation).
Section 3. All resolutions or parts of resolutions in conflict with this resolution are hereby
repealed to the extent of such conflict.
Section 4. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
