ROLL CALL
Mayor Eissey called the meeting to order at 7:20 p.m. All members of Council were present.
All members of staff were present.
PURPOSE OF THE PUBLIC HEARING
The Purpose of the Public Hearing was to hear comments from the public concerning Bill 970, a
proposed ordinance amending Ordinance 26-96, which created a Planned unit Development
known as Prosperity Harbor South, providing for and regulating the location and placement of
structures inclusive of pilings, piers and vessels within Prosperity Hazbor, internal canals and the
North Palm Beach Waterway.
COMMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC
There were no comments from the public to be heard.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to come before the Council, the meeting adjourned at 7:21 p.m.
