Mayor Eissey called the meeting to order at 5:15.m. All members of Council were present
except Councilman Norris, who was unable to attend. All members of staff were present.
CONSULTANT CONTRACT- ENGINEERING ANALYSIS
Village Attomey George Baldwin reviewed the proposed contract with Bailey Engineering
Corporation for engineering analysis of damages to the McQuay chiller at the North Palm Beach
Country Club.
Discussion took place regarding the "Freedom to Report" clause in the contract.
Vice Mayor Tringali moved to approve the proposal of Bailey Engineering Corporation,
including the "Freedom to Report" clause. The motion was seconded by Councilman O'Meilia
and passed 3 - 1, with Mayor Eissey, Vice Mayor Tringali and Councilman O'Meilia in favor,
and President Pro Tem Vastola opposed.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to come before the Council, the meeting adjourned at 5:30 p.m.
