Mayor Eissey called the meeting to order at 7:26 p.m. All members of Council were present
except Councilman Norris, who was out of town. All members of staff were present.
PURPOSE OF THE PUBLIC HEARING
The Purpose of the Public Hearing was to hear comments from the public concerning Bill 965, a
proposed ordinance rezoning a parcel of land known as Lots 16 and 17, Kelsey Acres, and
located at the northeast comer of Honey Road and Alternate AlA with the Village from R-1,
Single Family Dwelling District, to CC Transitional Commercial District.
COMMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC
There were no comments from the public to be heard.
ADJOURNMENT
With no further business to come before the Council, the meeting adjourned at 7:27 p.m.
