Mayor Eissey called the meeting to order at 7:25p.m. All members of Council were present
except Councilman Norris, who was out of town. All members of staff were present.
PURPOSE OF THE PUBLIC HEARING
The Purpose of the Public Hearing was to hear comments from the public concerning Bill 964, a
proposed ordinance rezoning a parcel of land known as Lots 14 and 15, Kelsey Acres, and
located at the southeast corner of Richard Road and Alternate AlA within the Village from Palm
Beach County Zoning District RS, Residential Single Family, to CC Transifional Commercial
District.
COMMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC
There were no comments from the public to be heard.
ADJOURNMENT
With no further business to come before the Council, the meeting adjourned at 7:26 p.m.
