ROLL CALL
Mayor Eissey called the meeting to order at 7:20 p.m. All members of Council were present
except Councilman Norris, who was out of town. All members of staff were present.
PURPOSE OF THE PUBLIC HEARING
The Purpose of the Public Hearing was to hear comments from the public concerning a
settlement of lawsuit by Louise Hyland Estate versus the Village of North Palm Beach.
COMMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC
There were no comments from the public to be heard.
ADJOURNMENT
With no further business to come before the Council, the meeting adjourned at 7:21 p.m.
