ROLL CALL
Mayor Vastola called the meeting to order at 7:25 p.m. All members of Council were
present. All members of staff were present.
The purpose of the Public Hearing was to hear comments from the Public concerning Bill
909, a proposed ordinance amending Section 45-2, Definitions, ofi Article I of Appendix
C-Zoning, of the Code of Ordinances of the Village by adding definitions thereto for the
terms Transient Commercial, Retail Commercial, Non-Retail Commercial and Mixed-Use
Commercial; providing for severability, providing for the repeal of all ordinances of parts
of ordinances in confilict herewith; and, providing for an effective date.
COMMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC
There were no comments from the public to be heard.
ADJOURNMENT
The Public Hearing adjourned at 7:26 p.m.
