ROLL CALL
Vice Mayor O'Meilia called the meeting to order at 7:03 p.m. All members of Council
were present except Mayor Norris, who was out of town, and President Pro Tem Eissey,
who was ill. All members of staff were present.
The purpose of the Public Hearing was to hear comments firom the Public concerning Bill
923, a proposed ordinance amending Subsection (4)(a), Adult Entertainment, of Section
45-20 of Article II of Appendix C-Zoning of the Code of Ordinances of the Village by
deleting prohibition within 200 feet of the lot line of apre-existing residence.
COMMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC
Manny Grinn, 536 Greenway Drive, addressed the Council regarding the history ofi Code
changes which brought about the Adult Entertainment Ordinance.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further comments from the public, the meeting adjourned at 7:16 p.m.
