ROLL CALL
Mayor Vastola called the meeting to order at 6:25 p.m. All members of Council were
present. All members of staff were present.
PURPOSE OF THE PUBLIC HEARING
• The purpose of the Public Hearing was to hear comments from the Public concerning a
proposed settlement in the amount of $12,500, plus mediator's cost, in that certain lawsuit
of Sweeting versus the Village of North Palm Beach, Case #CL96-1485 AG.
COMMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC
There were no comments from the public.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further comments from the public to be heard, the meeting adjourned at
6:26 p.m.
