Dennis W. Kelly, Village Manager
Kathleen F. Kelly, Village Clerk
ROLL CALL
Mayor Vastola called the meeting to order at 7:15 p.m. All members of Council were
present except President Pro Tem Kelley, who was absent due to illness. All members
of staff were present except Village Attorney George Baldwin.
• The purpose of the meeting was to interview applicants to the Country Club
Administrative Board.
Present for interviews were:
Robert Harshman
Gloria Kaplan
Appointment will be made at the Village Council's Regular Session_ scheduled for 7:30
p.m. on May 22, 1997.
With no further business to come before the Council, the meeting adjourned at 7:29 p.m.
