VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA
HELD THURSDAY, JANUARY 9, 1997

ROLL CALL
Mayor Marks called the meeting to order at 7:34 p.m. All members Council were present.
All members of staff were present.
PURPOSE OF THE PUBLIC HEARING
The purpose of the Public Hearing was to hear comments from the Public concerning Bill
842, a proposed ordinance amending Section 2 of Ordinance 33-95, which created a
Planned Unit Development upon lands known as Twin City Mall; for the purpose of
approving an additional use of automobile service stations.
COMMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC
Thomas J. Baird, Esquire, 1841 Ascot Road, representing Dennis Koehler, Esquire, on
behalf of MSS Petroleum, Inc. and Martin Steinhardt, requested that his previous
remarks, as well as the remarks of James Exline, made at the earlier Public Hearing at
7:15 p.m. be incorporated into the record for this Public Hearing.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further comments from the public to be heard, the meeting adjourned at
7:35 p.m.
