ROLL CALL
Mayor Marks called the meeting to order at 7:25 p.m. All members Council were present.
All members of staff were present except Village Attorney George Baldwin.
PURPOSE OF THE PUBLIC HEARING .
• The purpose of the Public Hearing was to hear comments from the Public concerning Bill
870, a proposed ordinance amending Subsection 11-11 of Article II, Electrical Code, of
Chapter 11 of the Code of Ordinances of the Village, adopting the National Electric Code,
1996 Edition, and Palm Beach Countywide amendments thereto.
COMMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC
There were no statements from the public.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to come befiore the Council, the meeting adjourned at
7:16 p.m.
