ROLL CALL
Mayor Marks called the meeting to order at 7:23 p.m. All members of Council were
present. All members of staff were present.
PURPOSE OF THE PUBLIC HEARING
• The purpose of the Public Hearing was to hear comments from the Public concerning Bill
831, a proposed ordinance of the Village of North Palm Beach, Florida, rezoning a parcel
of land approximately 2.29 acres located west of the Intracoastal Waterway and north of
Harbor Point Marina within the Village, and more particularly described in Exhibit "A"
attached hereto and made apart-hereof from Palm Beach County Zoning District IL, Light
Industrial District, to R-1, Single Family Dwelling District.
COMMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC_
There were no comments from the public.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no fiurther comments from the public to be heard, the meeting adjourned at
7:25 p.m.
