ROLL CALL
Mayor Marks called the meeting to order at 7:05 p.m. All members of Council were
present. All members of staff were present.
PURPOSE OF THE PUBLIC HEARING
The purpose of the Public Hearing was to hear comments from the Public concerning Bill
828, a proposed ordinance of the Village of North Palm Beach, Florida, creating a
Planned Unit Development known as "Prosperity Harbor South" upon those certain lands
located within the Village and more particularly described in Exhibit "A" attached and
made a part hereof.
COMMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC
There were no comments from the public.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further comments from the public to be heard, the meeting adjourned at
7:06 p.m.
