RESOLUTION 2009-04
A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, ESTABLISHING AN ADMINISTRATIVE
PROCESSING FEE FOR APPLICATIONS TO DISPLAY TEMPORARY
BANNERS WITHIN COMMERCIAL ZONING DISTRICTS; AND PROVIDING
FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, through the adoption of Ordinance 2009-02, the Village Council amended the
Village sign code to provide for the display of temporary banners within commercial zoning
districts subject to the payment of an administrative processing fee established by the Village
Council and compliance with the conditions set forth therein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE
OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA as follows:
Section 1. The foregoing recital is ratified as true and incorporated herein.
Section 2. The Village Council hereby establishes an administrative processing fee of
ten dollars ($10.00) to accompany applications to display temporary banners within commercial
zoning districts in accordance with Section 6-112(0) ofthe Village Code.
Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
