ROLL CALL
Vice Mayor Valente called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. All members of Council were
present except Mayor Marks, who was recovering from surgery. All members of staff
were present.
PURPOSE OF THE PUBLIC HEARING
The purpose of the Public Hearing was to hear comments from the public concerning Bill
839, a proposed ordinance rescinding and repealing Ordinance 29-91, which created a
Planned Unit Development known as "Prosperity Harbor North" upon certain lands located
within the Village.
COMMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC
There were no comments from the public.
ADJOURNMENT
The meeting adjourned at 7:01 p.m.
