HELD THURSDAY, AUGUST 22, 1996

Gail H. Vastola, Councilman
Kathleen F. Kelly, Village Clerk
Absent: V. A. Marks, Mayor
ROLL CALL
Vice Mayor Valente called the meeting to order at 6:45 p.m. All members of Council were
present except Mayor Marks, who was recovering from surgery. Village Clerk Kathleen F.
Kelly was present.
The purpose of the meeting was to interview applicants for an existing vacancy on the
Recreation Advisory Board.
Present for interviews were:
Clark Hippler
Kenneth Mays
Sara Ward
Appointment will be made at the Village Council's Regular Session scheduled for 7:30
p.m. on August 22, 1996.
With no further business to come before the Council, the meeting adjourned at 6:59 p.m.
