ROLL CALL
Mayor Vastola called the meeting to order at 7:08 p.m. All members ofi Council were
present. All members of staff were present.
PURPOSE OF THE PUBLIC HEARING
' The purpose of the Public Hearing was to hear comments from the Public concerning Bill
770, a proposed ordinance of the Village of North Palm Beach, Florida, rezoning a parcel
of land approximately 17.19 acres and known as the "Twin City Mall" from C-1
Neighborhood Commercial District to C-3 Regional Business District.
Village Manager Dennis Kelly stated for the record that, at the direction of the Village
Council, approximately 25 property owners in the vicinity of the Twin City MaII had been
notified in writing of this Public Hearing.
COMMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC
There were no comments from the public.
ADJOURNMENT
The meeting adjourned at 7:09 p.m.
