ROLL CALL
Mayor Pierman called the Public Hearing to order at 6:45 p.m. All
members of Council were present except Vice Mayor Kelsey and
President Pro Tem Marks. All members of staff were present.
NOTICE OF HEARING
Notice of Public Hearing was published August 31, 1992 in the Palm
Beach Post.
PURPOSE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The purpose of the Public Hearing was to hear comments from the
Public concerning 'Bill 691, a proposed ordinance adopting and
amending the Standard Building Code, the Standard Gas Code, the
Standard Mechanical Code, and Standard Plumbing Code, 1991
Editions; providing for repeals of laws in conflict; providing for
inclusion in the Code, providing for severability; and providing
for an effective date.
There were no comments from the Public.
With no further business to come before the Council, the meeting
adjourned at 6:46 p.m.
