ROLL CALL
Mayor Pierman called the Public Hearing to order at 7:15 p.m. All
members of Council were present. All members of staff were
present.
' PURPOSE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The purpose of the Public Hearing was to hear comments from the
public concerning a proposed ordinance of the Village of North Palm
Beach, Florida rezoning a recently annexed 31.2 acre parcel of land
(12 Oaks) from Palm Beach County Zoning District RH to North Palm
Beach Zoning District R-3, Apartment Dwelling District.
There were no comments from the public to be heard.
There being no further business to come before the Council, the
meeting adjourned at 7:16 p.m.
