MINUTES OF SPECIAL SESSION
OF THE
VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA
HELD THURSDAY, JUNE 11, 1992

ROLL CALL
Mayor Pierman called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. All members
of Council were present. All members of staff were present.
PURPOSE OF MEETING
The purpose of the meeting was to interview applicants for a
position on the Country Club Administrative Board and to appoint a
member to said Board.
' The Council interviewed four applicants for the position on the
Country Club Administrative Board that was vacated by James Rusnak.
The meeting recessed at 7:30 p.m. for the purpose of opening the
Regular Session as scheduled, and reconvened at 7:31 p.m.
After interviewing was complete, the Council, by written ballot,
copies of which are attached to the official Minutes, appointed
Louise Call as a member of the Country Club Administrative Board.
The name of Louise Call was entered into Resolution No. 24-92.
RESOLUTION 24-92 ADOPTED
Councilman Valente moved that Resolution 24-92 entitled:
A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA, APPOINTING A MEMBER TO THE COUNTRY CLUB
ADMINISTRATIVE BOARD
be adopted. President Pro Tem Marks seconded the motion, and all
present voted aye.
With no further business to come before the Council, the meeting
adjourned at 7:40 p.m.
