Mayor Gardner called the meeting to order at 7:32 p.m. All members
of Council were present. All members of staff were present.
The meeting recessed at 7:33 p.m. in order to reconvene the Public
Hearing on the proposed 1991-92 operating budget.
The meeting reconvened at 11:01 p.m. Having passed the curfew of
11:00 p.m., it was announced that the Regular Session would
reconvene on Thursday, September 19, 1991 at 7:30 p.m., and would
be followed by the Workshop Session.
The meeting recessed at 11:02 p.m.
