D., President Pro Tem Manny Grinn, Councilman Thomas F. Kelsey, Ph.D., Councilman Dennis W. Kelly, Village Manager George W. Baldwin, Village Attorney Kathleen F. Kelly, Village Clerk ROLL CALL Mayor Gardner called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. All members of the Council and Staff were present. Councilman Grinn left the dais after roll call and sat in the audience. PURPOSE OF PUBLIC HEARING ' The purpose of the Public Hearing was to hear comments from the public concerning the following proposed ordinances: BILL 646 - REZONING 15.30 ACRE PARCEL OF LAND Manny Grinn, 536 Greenway Drive, North Palm Beach, addressing the Council as a citizen of the Village, spoke in opposition of Bill 646. Mr. Grinn returned to his seat on the dais at 7:10 p.m. BILL 647 - CREATING A PUD - SANCTUARY COVE There were no comments from the public concerning bill 647. There being no further business to come before the Council, the meeting adjourned at 7:11 p.m. 1
